Notice: New Tariff Policy (Effective 8/26/2025)

Beginning August 26, 2025, all orders shipping to the United States will include a 15% or appropriate tariff. To simplify this change, we are moving to a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping policy. This means that customs duties and import taxes are already included in the total amount you pay at checkout.

No surprises, no extra fees upon delivery — everything is taken care of on our website. Sending gifts is also worry-free, as recipients will never be asked to pay duties or taxes when receiving their package.

We hope this update makes shopping with us more convenient and reassuring, and we thank you for your continued support.

Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan. Enjoy free expedited shipping on all orders over USD $199. For orders below this amount, we offer a flat rate of $25 via FedEx, ensuring you get the best value for shipping. Additionally, during checkout, alternative shipping options may be available that could offer more economical rates depending on your location.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. In the event that any items in your order are out of stock, we will hold your order and ship everything together as soon as all products are available.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and brokerage fees related to their order. These charges are not included in the purchase price and may vary depending on your country's regulations.

Returns

At JOC Goods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging intact.

We will inform you of the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

U.S. Customs Clearance and TSCA Documentation

For orders shipped to the United States, certain stationery items—such as inks, ink refills, and rubber stamps—may require customs clearance documentation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This is a standard requirement by U.S. customs to ensure that imported chemical substances are compliant with U.S. regulations.

Please rest assured that our products do not contain any harmful substances. However, to help ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we complete and submit the required TSCA Certification Form and Letter of Authorization (LOA) on your behalf whenever necessary.

By placing an order with us, you consent to this process as part of your purchase. If FedEx contacts you to request a TSCA form or LOA directly, please don’t worry—we’re happy to assist and will provide you with any required documents.
